Mason Greenwood is said to be wanting out of Manchester United because of Cristiano Ronaldo‘s undroppable status.
Greenwood, 20, began the season as a regular starter for the Red Devils as he looked to take the next step forward in his career.
But a combination of the summer signings of Ronaldo and Jadon Sancho plus Marcus Rashford‘s return from injury has limited his playing time recently.
The winger is yet to start a Premier League match under new boss Ralf Rangnick, and was only given a place in the team for the dead rubber Champions League clash against Young Boys.
According to El Nacional, Greenwood is upset that he finds himself on the bench and is looking for a way out of Old Trafford.
They claim he’s unsatisfied that Ronaldo plays no matter how well he is performing.
And he’s not alone in the view, because Edinson Cavani, Anthony Martial and Bruno Fernandes also reportedly find the situation frustrating…
