Mykhailo Mudryk’ debut in Chelsea‘s 0-0 draw away at Anfield on Saturday has got pundits, managers, and supporters all cooing over his talents and potential for the future.

Chelsea’s newest £88m arrival from Shakhtar Donetsk showcased his elite range of abilities during a 35-minute cameo from the bench for the Blues.

The 22-year-old winger used his blistering pace to add much-needed potency to Chelsea’s attack during the goalless encounter and appears to have caught the attention of avid onlookers.

Gary Neville reacted quickly to what he had seen from the Ukrainian star during his limited outing in Liverpool, insisting he ‘wouldn’t have liked to play against him’ during his time as a full-back as Manchester United.

One fan praised Muryk for showing his ‘class’ to produce a stellar outing despite not being fully fit saying: ‘Just watching Mykhailo Mudryk today shows you what a class player he is. Hasn’t played for 50 odd days and is not match fit.

Some Chelsea supporters issued further gushing praise of the club’s newest superstar, with another comparing Mudryk to club legend Eden Hazard, writing: ‘Mudryk is the first Chelsea player to get me off my seat like this since Eden Hazard days.
