Cody Gakpo was left with visible cuts following Tyrone Mings’ dangerous challenge on the Liverpool forward.

Brandished a yellow card by referee John Brooks for this high foot, a subsequent VAR check for a potential red card took place before it was decided to stick with the on-field decision.
