Sam Allardyce chuckled as he pocketed a fiver he found on the touchline as Leeds took on West Ham.
The Whites manager could not believe his luck after Rodrigo gave the visitors the lead at the London Stadium.
And Allardyce’s day got a bit better when he saw a five-pound note that had blown onto the touchline just behind the fourth official.
In jovial fashion, he tried to hand the official the note before putting it in his pocket while laughing.
However, his luck ran out soon after when Declan Rice grabbed an equaliser for West Ham at the same time Patrick Bamford was injured with a hamstring problem.
On a blustery but sunny day at the London Stadium, one unlucky fan will rummage through their pockets to find they are five-pound down.
But Allardyce would trade it back in a heartbeat if it meant Leeds left London with all three points.
The Yorkshire outfit are desperately trying to stay in the Premier League and sit in the bottom three.
