Popular Nigerian Disk Jockey, Florence Ifeoluwa Otedola, better known as DJ Cuppy has graduated with a Master’s Degree from the University of Oxford, Daily Independent reports.
The 29-year-old billionaire daughter who made the announcement via his verified Twitter handle on Tuesday said she has officially graduated from the prestigious university after she underwent a Master’s programme in African Studies.
DJ Cuppy who appreciated God in her tweet said though she didn’t get merit or distinction in her thesis, she was excited that she passed, noting that she faced a tough year at Oxford and was super proud of herself that she had finally graduated.
The tweet read, “I got my THESIS result, which classifies my MSc degree. I didn’t get a Merit or a Distinction, but I PASSED!
“After a tough year, I can officially say I am now a GRADUATE from @UniofOxford, and I am bloody PROUD of myself. To GOD be the GLORY!”
It could be recalled that in July when she submitted her thesis, Cuppy recounted how she almost dropped out of Oxford twice.
She wrote, “Tears of joy, the wait is finally over!!! My thesis is finally 100% done!!! Not sure why weeping is my reaction right now.
“I’m so drained that it actually feels so difficult to celebrate. Over the last few weeks, I’ve pushed myself SO much, both mentally and physically to actually finish this degree…
