Dammy Krane has taken a swipe at activist VeryDarkMan over his ongoing case with senior lawyer Femi Falana.
On Tuesday, an Ikeja high court ordered the activist to desist from further circulating or publishing defamatory videos or comments about Falana, the human rights lawyer, and his son Falz.
The court order came after VeryDarkMan shared a purported audio wherein Bobrisky claimed that Falana and Falz contacted her while she was serving a six-month sentence for naira abuse.
In an Instagram post, Krane claimed VeryDarkMan does “selective activism” and only helps people he likes.
He accused the activist of bias, arguing that he did not investigate his case with Davido before choosing to support him.
“God is using this Falana case to show VDM that he did not do right by me. Because if it was another person he would have looked into the evidence,” he said.
“When I said Davido is owing, it is what Davido posted online I’m talking about. When I said the police tried to break into my house and posted CCTV postage, VDM did not talk about it or look into the evidence before he came out to talk.
“He was just doing selective activism based on favoritism. Later, he told me to apologize for what I did and I told him I cannot.
“I can not apologize for saying the truth. Right now, there is no evidence against me, they just detained me illegally. So if I apologise, they will use it as evidence to take me to court.”
