Some gospel musicians motivated by Satan’s influence, exploit church for personal gains -Oyakhilome slams music industry

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome of Christ Embassy has spoken out against the  gospel music industry, accusing it of cheating the church and using it for personal gain. 

He claimed that many singers who got their start in the church choir have gone on to pursue worldly fame and fortune, leveraging their church connections for financial benefit.

Oyakhilome argued that these individuals are often motivated by Satan’s influence, using their talents for selfish purposes rather than serving the church. 

He urged followers not to support these artists, warning that they risk going to hell.

The Pastor emphasised that true singing ministry should be rooted in the church and dependent on it, rather than standing alone. 

He cautioned that those who follow these self-serving artists are often rebels themselves.
