The Carabao Cup’s fourth round will see Tottenham host Manchester City and Liverpool visit Brighton.
In the other two Premier League matches, Manchester United hosts Leicester at Old Trafford and Crystal Palace travels to Aston Villa.
There are only three Championship teams left in the competition: Preston plays Arsenal at home, while Sheffield Wednesday and Stoke are drawn away to Brentford and Southampton, respectively.
The third-round match between AFC Wimbledon and Newcastle has been postponed owing to floods at Cherry Records Stadium. AFC Wimbledon is currently the lowest-ranked team remaining in the draw.
The game will now take place at Newcastle’s St. James’ Park on October 1st, with Chelsea hosting the winner.
