Kwara APC legal adviser condemns shady membership registration, hails Saraki, Other party leaders –

The State Legal adviser of the All Progressive in Kwara state oladimeji Mustapha has urged the Minister of state for transportation Sen. Gbemisola Saraki and other Leaders of the party in the state to urgently reachout to the national leadership of the party to stop the way he describes as the shady membership registration exercise ongoing in the state.

Oladimeji Mustapha commended the courage of Senator Gbemisola Saraki, and other party leaders for openly condemning  the illegal membership registration exercise.

He says that by openly registering her displeasure over the flawed registration process in the state,  Senator Gbemi Saraki has now joined a long list of party leaders, stakeholders and members who have condemned in strong terms the manner the membership registration exercise has been conducted so far across the 16 LGAs of Kwara State.

The APC Lega adviser l told journalists that   Senator Saraki is not the first to have raised an issue about the exercise, and she won’t be the last as long as the guidelines for the registration exercise are still being so flouted.

Mustapha also said  the Minister of information  Alhaji Lai Mohammed, equally condemned the  manner the registration exercise is being conducted in the state and added that the  Ode-Opobiyi registration unit where Senator Saraki registers and votes was specifically mentioned in Alhaji Lai Mohammed’s press release then as one of the places where the illegality was being perpetrated.
