MDCN Registrar appears before Reps Committee hours after threat of arrest –

The Registrar, Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria, Tajudeen Sanusi has appeared before the House Committee on Healthcare Services, hours after lawmakers threatened his arrest.

He apologised for his absence at Thursday meeting.

The lawmakers had on Thursday threatened warrant of arrest on him following his absence at the Thursday meeting.

The meeting was meant to discuss the ongoing the industrial action by the Resident doctors across the country.
