Both Karim Benzema and Neymar have travelled with their respective squads ahead of possible returns in the Champions League last-16 tie between Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain on Tuesday.
Benzema has missed Real’s last three games in all competitions because of a hamstring injury, while Neymar hasn’t been spotted in Paris since suffering an ankle injury back in November.
Of the pair, it’s Neymar whose inclusion in Tuesday’s game is looking more likely. RMC Sport note that he has trained with the squad in the build-up to the game and is expected to see some minutes.
The same cannot be said of Benzema, however. The Frenchman has been included in Real‘s travelling squad, but Los Blancos actually have no idea whether he will be able to play.
AS note that Benzema isn’t actually back in training yet and the hope is that he will be able to join in on Monday’s session.
