Serbia has threatened to withdraw from Euro 2024, accusing Croatian and Albanian fans of chanting “kill, kill, kill the Serb” during Croatia’s 2-2 draw with Albania in Group B.
Jovan Surbatovic, General Secretary of Serbia’s Football Association, has requested UEFA to sanction both nations for the alleged chants.
Surbatovic stated Serbia is prepared to leave the tournament if no action is taken, calling the incident scandalous and demanding UEFA intervention. The Serbian official’s remarks were reported by RTS.
