The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) northwest zonal congress in Kaduna ended in confusion as some yet-to-be-identified thugs stole and fled with ballot boxes on Saturday, April 10.
Daily Trust reports that before this ensued, supporters of major contended in the congress were engaged in physical combat.
It was gathered that the criminals unleashed terror a few minutes after the voting exercise commenced.
So far, nothing is known about who sponsored the hoodlums or their whereabouts; moreover, the police command in the state is yet to confirm the ugly development.
