The Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB has threatened to cripple Nigeria if the Federal Government tries to use Justice Binta Nyako to keep their leader, Nnamdi Kanu in detention without trial.
The group in a statement released through its spokesman, Emma Powerful condemned Justice Nyako on how she is handling the case of Kanu before her court.
IPOB further stated that it is shocked by the judge’s prejudice and bias during the last court proceedings which led to the adjournment of the case to January 19th and 20th 2022.
