President Muhammadu Buhari, on Thursday, commissioned some Nigerian Navy Ships (NNS), boats and helicopter at the Naval Dockyard, Victoria Island in Lagos.
During the exercise, the president noted that there had been improved security in the country’s maritime domain and the Gulf of Guinea.
Among navy platforms commissioned by Mr Buhari were NNS LANA, NNS ABA, NNS KANO, NNS IKENNE, NNS SOKOTO and NNS Oji, 111 boats and an Agusta Westland 139 helicopter.
