The President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retd.), has called on the Turkey-Africa Partnership Summit to provide concrete support to defeat terrorism and insurgency in Africa.
Buhari was speaking on Saturday in Istanbul at the third edition of the Turkey-Africa Partnership Summit.
