Catholic Bishop of Sokoto Diocese, Matthew Kukah, has claimed that the silence of the Muhammadu Buhari-led government shows its complicity in the security challenges facing the country.
Naija News reports that the prominent cleric made this known during a Christmas sermon on Saturday in Sokoto.
