The Special Adviser on Political Matters to the President, Babafemi Ojudu, has dropped his Governorship ambition in the Ekiti State gubernatorial election.
Ojudu while giving the reason for dropping his ambition noted that the decision would give him the opportunity to mediate and resolve the issues in the All Progressives Congress in the state before the June 18, 2022 election.
He further stated that the division among members of the party could deprive the APC of victory in the 2022 governorship election.
