President Joe Biden did not have an answer on Monday when he was pressed by reporters about when the American people would receive free COVID-19 tests.
“And when will Americans get those free COVID tests, sir?” a reporter asked Biden at the end of the press conference.
Biden just starred ahead and did not respond to the question.
