Naija News had earlier reported that Oshiomhole arrived in Rivers State on Tuesday to commission the project.
Wike who apologized to Oshiomhole who was smiling at the time said, “We are now friends, let bygones be bygones.”
Oshiomhole, a former Governor of Edo State between 2008 and 2016 had handed over to Obaseki who was in APC at that time.
The relationship between the two men, however, fell apart due to intra-party squabbles.
