NFF and Peseiro agree on a new deal; Osimhen, Orban, Boniface set for Super Eagles against Sao Tome and Principe

According to the Nigeria Football Federation, Mr. Jose Santos Peseiro will continue to serve as the head coach of the senior men’s national team of Nigeria, known as the Super Eagles.

After months of speculation, the announcement by the NFF came on Sunday, September 3, 2023 

Peseiro called up 23 players to the national team, with the introduction of some new faces.
