Peter Obi, the Labour Party presidential candidate in the 2023 election, has criticized the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) over what he perceives as a deceitful report on the election.
Obi, speaking through his campaign committee spokesperson, Yunusa Tanko, denounced the report as “medicine after death,” disputing INEC’s claim that the IReV failed to function.
He argued that while other election results uploaded seamlessly, only the presidential results encountered issues.
Obi emphasized the need to revisit electoral laws for clarity in the election process, asserting that the report is deceitful to Nigerians.
