Kaduna state government denies hiring private negotiator for abducted pupils’ release

The Kaduna State government refutes claims of engaging a private negotiator for the release of the 287 kidnapped students, emphasizing that such reports are false and mischievous.

In a statement, the Chief Press Secretary to the governor clarifies that the government has not enlisted the services of any negotiator and dismisses speculations about contemplating such a move.

The government urges the media to exercise caution in reporting on security matters to avoid undermining ongoing efforts against criminal elements in the state.
