The Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC)’s most wanted persons list added four new faces between 2023 and 2024.
In April 2023, FIJ reported a huge rise in the number of individuals on the ICPC’s most wanted persons list within 12 months.
This year, however, the same list added four new faces and maintained the old faces from 2023. The new ones are Collins Kelechi Ajaeree, Nwadibia Oyinyechi Lopez, Kingsley Chikezie and Amina Naima Mohammed.

Ajaeree is on the ICPC’s wanted list “in connection with issues bordering on alleged production and supply of counterfeit British Resident Permit (BRP)”.
The ICPC wants to put Oyinyechi Lopez on trial over allegations of obtaining gratification to facilitate employment. According to the ICPC, Oyinyechi Lopez once worked with the Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF).
Chikezie is wanted for alleged impersonation, advanced fee fraud and fraudulent receipt of funds, while the ICPC declared Naima Mohammed wanted in connection with “issues bordering on land racketeering”.
