Woman ‘held her near-decapitated head and intestines in place’ after sex attack

DAILY STAR

A woman viciously raped, mutilated and left for dead held her own near-decapitated head and intestines in place as she staggered towards a driver in the distance who she hoped would save her.

Alison Botha was 27 when she was kidnapped near her South African home. She was on the way home from meeting friends when a knifeman got into her car and told her “move over or I’ll kill you”.

Evil Frans du Toit took control of the car and sped away saying “I don’t want to hurt you”, before travelling to pick up his friend Theuns Kruger. Alison was taken to a remote area where the pair raped and disembowelled her, and unleashed near-decapitating slashes to her neck.

But that wasn’t enough to satisfy the Ripper Rapists as they stabbed her at least 30 times in the stomach, with Alison recalling that du Toit wanted to mutilate her reproductive organs. They then slit her throat 16 times when they saw her leg twitch during the 1994 attack.

“All I could see was an arm moving above my face,” Alison later recalled. “Left and right and left and right. His movements were making a sound. A wet sound, it was the sound of my flesh being slashed open.

“He was cutting my throat with the knife. Again and again and again. It felt unreal but it wasn’t. I felt no pain, but it was not a dream. This was happening. The man was slashing my throat.”
