A man has been arrested after appearing to flaunt his father’s decapitated head in a YouTube video.

He has been identified as Justin Mohn, 32, from Middletown Township in Bucks County in Pennsylvania, US.

The 14-minute YouTube video remained on the site for six hours. In it, Mohn ranted about the federal government and Joe Biden before holding up what appeared to be a head.

DailyMail.com reports he declared: “Violence is the only solution to the federal government’s treason.” He added: “This is the head of Mike Mohn, a federal employee of over 20 years and my father. He is now in hell for eternity as a traitor to his country.”

Mohn also reportedly offered a large sum of money for anyone who was willing to kill other government employees, including high-up figures like Attorney General Merrick Garland.

Levitttownnow reports police found a dead body at a property in Middletown Township at 7pm on Tuesday evening (January 30). Mohn was arrested at around 9pm. Law enforcement sources confirmed the victim was found beheaded, and that the YouTube video was part of the investigation.
