A portion of the M25 has been shut down today after a horror crash brought traffic to a standstill.
Herts police confirmed the temporary closure of Junctions 21 and 22 this morning following a ‘serious’ two-car collision.
Motorists have been advised to avoid the area and seek an alternative route.
According to National Highways the road is expected to fully clear between around 1pm and 1.15pm, and normal traffic is expected to resume from that time.
