Meghan Markle gave a touching update on her family life and marriage with Prince Harry as their tour in Nigeria drew to a close.
The Duchess of Sussex was quizzed on their lives with their children Prince Archie, five, and Princess Lilibet, two. Meghan explained that the couple are much like any other with their little ones as they live out their hectic lives in Montecito.
She admitted: “We’re just doing great. And happy to be watching our family grow up and evolve.” Meghan also divulged their current emotional state as a couple after some speculation in recent months.

She added to People: “Of course, I’m happy. We’re really happy.” While In Nigeria Meghan also raved about her two “chatty, sweet” children. The former Suits star opened up about motherhood during a a panel discussion on women in leadership on Saturday. Meghan, 42, talked about how she manages to balance having a career alongside raising her two children.
During the conversation Meghan recalled a chat she had with her mentor and vice chairman of NBCUniversal Bonnie Hammer when she was still starring in the hit legal drama. She explained: “She invited me to have breakfast, and I thought this was just the biggest deal in the world. And I asked her that exact question. I said, ‘How do you find the balance?’ And she said, ‘You don’t, you’ll never find the balance.’”
According to People, Megan then highlighted how she had no clue that she would end up married to Prince Harry at the time as she added: “And this was before I was married. This was before I had children. This is before all the things in my life have certainly had a plot twist.”
Meghan continued as she gushed over her children and their personalities: “What I think that means now is that that balance will always change for you … What seems balanced 10 years ago is going to shift, and so being a mom has always been a dream of mine and I’m so fortunate that we have two beautiful, healthy, very chatty, sweet children, I love being a mom.”
