Five people have been shot at an education centre in central Sweden, police say.
The shooting happened in Orebro, 200km (124 miles) west of the capital, Stockholm, on Tuesday afternoon.
Police said “the danger is not over” and warned the public to stay away. The extent of the injuries is unclear – but police say no officers have been shot.
“This is currently seen as an attempted murder, arson and aggravated weapons offence,” they said in a statement.
A press conference from officials is expected at 15:30 local time (14:30 GMT).
The shooting – which occurred just before 13:00 – apparently targeted a Komvux, or adult education centre, which sits on a campus that is home to other schools.
