Alleged N6.3b fraud: EFCC to appeal Jang, Pam's acquittal

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, has said it would appeal the Judgement discharging and acquitting a former governor of Plateau State, Senator Jonah David Jang.?

A Plateau state high court in Jos had on Friday discharged and acquitted Jang of N6.3 billion corruption charges leveled against him by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).?

Christy Dabup, the judge, in a judgment delivered on Friday, also discharged Jang’s co-defendant, Yusuf Pam, a former cashier in the office of the secretary to the Plateau state government.?
