MIKE ODIEGWU FROM THE NATION
The Governor said nobody could take away the flag from them insisting that they would never allow anybody to intimidate them.
He said no matter the gang-up, the people must stand firm and support all arrangements designed to protect the interest of the state.
He said: “Nobody should be afraid of whatever is going on in the country. We cannot be intimidated. Nobody can take away this flag away from us. We are not second class citizen to anybody and we must continue to stand firm and make sure our state is protected.”
Wike said in Rivers, only the PDP governorship candidate Siminialayi Fubara and his running mate Prof. Ngozi Odu, could consolidate on the gains of his administration.
Insisting that Rivers would be safe in the hands of Fubara and Odu, Wike described the duo as seasoned technocrats with requisite experience about the workings of government and capacity to continue with the state’s developmental development trajectory.
