Zacch Adedeji confirms Tax Reform Bill will be approved

The Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) Chairman, Zacch Adedeji, has said he is confident that the National Assembly would pass the Tax Reform Bill.

Naija News reports that Adedeji said the bill would help Nigeria’s economy when operational and drive states’ economic growth.

He stated this on Monday while speaking with journalists after the federal government delegation on the tax reforms led by the Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Lateef Fagbemi, held a closed-door meeting with members of the Senate ad hoc committee on the tax reforms at the National Assembly.

Adedeji explained that all grey areas were identified and discussed during the meeting.
