Lagos will repair Ozumba Mbadiwe Road nightly from September 15–21; motorists are advised to use alternative routes.
Lagos authorities will carry out repair works on Ozumba Mbadiwe Road, Victoria Island, starting Monday, September 15, through Sunday, September 21, 2025.
The repairs will take place nightly from 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. to minimize traffic disruption. Commissioner for Transportation, Oluwaseun Osiyemi, called on motorists to exercise patience and consider alternative routes during the week-long rehabilitation, describing the works as “in the interest of the public.”
