Grace Rivers, 20, enjoyed a dinner with her girlfriend and took a walk back to her college dorm, but one wrong step caused a night of mayhem.
Unfortunately for the TikTok user she fell down a manhole and ‘ruptured’ her vagina – ouch!
In a clip posted to her 59,000 followers, Grace revealed how a ‘split second’ of not paying attention caused her to ‘split open’ her privates.
“Me when I randomly remember what it felt like to fall in a manhole, split open my vagina, be rushed naked to hospital and have at least 20 people all looking at my coochie”, she wrote.
Her painful accident racked up over a million views and concern from users – and one very intrigued fan.
