Buhari bows out as Niger Basin Authority chair

PRESIDENT Muhammadu Buhari on Thursday handed over the Chairmanship of the Heads of State and Government of the Niger Basin Authority, NBA, after the completion of five years in office. 

President Buhari at the 12th Summit of the Heads of State and Government of the Niger Basin Authority, NBA, handed over to the new Chairman and President of Burkina Faso, Roch Kaboré.
