Former President Olusegun Obasanjo has decorated his lookalike son, Adeboye, who was recently promoted to the rank of a Brigadier General in the Nigerian Army.
The Nigerian leader, who retied from the army as a general, decorated his son at the Nigerian Army Engineers (NAE) Headquarters in Bonny Camp, Victoria Island, Lagos.
Adeboye made headlines in 2014 when he was shot by Boko Haram insurgents in Adamawa State.
His father had flown to Jos, Plateau State, the next day to join his son who was being treated at a hospital there.
Some of Adeboye’s colleagues lost their lives in that tragic encounter.
