Gogglebox’s Amy Tapper showed off her slimmed-down physique in a sports bra and leggings as she revealed she had lost an incredible 2st.
The television personality, 22, was glowing as she smiled widely and proudly displayed the results of her hard work on Wednesday.
It comes after Amy said she ‘kicked-started her year’ by losing 33cm from her waist and had previously lost 3.5st from working alongside MuscleFood Goal Getters.
In her latest update, Amy revealed that she had lost 4cm from her biceps, 8cm from her chest, 2cm off her thighs and an amazing 15cm from her waist.
