Pilot’s license suspended for allowing unauthorised person into cockpit

The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has suspended the license of a pilot in command for one year for “allowing” an unauthorised person into the cockpit during the departure.

According to a DGCA official, the incident occurred on June 3 when a domestic flight, Air India, was preparing to depart from the airport in the northern city of Chandigarh.
