Malam Dikko Umaru Radda, Ph.D, the Executive Governor of Katsina state has approved the appointment of Alhaji Mannir Ayuba Sullubawa as the Director General of the newly established Katsina State Erosion and Watershed Management Agency (KEWMA).
This is contained in a statement signed by Abdullahi Aliyu Yar’Adua, the Director Press in the office of the Secretary to the Government of the state and made available to newsmen in Katsina on Friday.
Until his new appointment, the statement said, Alhaji Mannir Sullubawa was the Director of Administration and Supplies (DAS) in the office of the SGS.
Barrister Abdullahi Garba Faskari, the SGS, shortly after the new DG received his appointment letter from the office of the head of the civil service of the state, in a brief remark, expressed optimism that Alhaji Mannir Sullubawa will deliver in his new assignment.
Faskari congratulated the appointee and urged him to redouble his effort as the pioneer DG of the new agency to justify the confidence reposed on him by the Governor and live to the expectations of the good people of the State.
