The presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar has given a fresh appointment to Dr. Don Pedro Obaseki.
Naija News reports Atiku in a statement on Monday by his media aide, Paul Ibe disclosed that Obaseki has been appointed as Director of Research, Strategy, and documentation.
The statement noted that though Obaseki had earlier been appointed as a presidential consultant on media to the PDP presidential candidate, the new appointment is without prejudice to the existing appointment.
The statement reads: “Presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party and former Vice President of Nigeria, Atiku Abubakar has appointed Dr. Don Pedro Obaseki as Director of Research, Strategy and documentation.
Dr. Obaseki, a seasoned scholar, broadcaster and political communicator, had previously been appointed as presidential consultant on media to the PDP presidential candidate.
