The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has raised an alarm over an alleged plot by the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) to disrupt its Presidential Campaign rally slated for Wednesday in Akure, the Ondo State capital.
According to the PDP, plans are allegedly underway by the APC to cause violence and disrupt its Presidential campaign rally in Akure tomorrow.
The information is contained in a statement issued on Tuesday by the party’s National Publicity Secretary, Debo Ologunagba.
Naija News gathered that Ologunagba said the APC wants to send thugs to disrupt the rally because they are threatened by the popularity and acceptability of its flag bearer, Atiku Abubakar.
He advanced that the Ondo people would not resist the PDP rally, adding that they can’t be subdued.
