The current stance of the Biden administration appears to be that 13-year-olds are too young for TikTok but old enough to change their gender.
The twisted logic can only be understood from the standpoint that the Left is only interested in amassing power — not in protecting children.
This week, U.S. Surgeon General Vivek Murthy warned that social media, such as TikTok, can warp a child’s identity.
“It’s a time, you know, early adolescence, where kids are developing their identity, their sense of self,” Murthy explained. “It’s a time where it’s really important for us to be thoughtful about what’s going into how they think about their own self-worth and their relationships, and the skewed and often distorted environment of social media often does a disservice to many of those children.”
