2023 Elections: DRIP, Paradigm Initiative call on Govt to safeguard digital rights
On Tuesday 21st February 2023, the Digital Rights and Information Partnership (DRIP), a consortium of organizations, held a press conference to educate pressmen and the public on the importance of safeguarding digital rights in view of the 2023 elections via the passage of the digital rights and freedom bill.
Nigeria is at the brink of conducting the most anticipated and contested election in two decades. Electoral campaigns, voter education and civic discussions of candidates have been powered by both mass and digital media..
