Ukrainian army crews trained by Britain have returned home to fight Vladimir Putin’s invasion with Challenger 2 tanks.
The troops arrived in Britain after an announcement in January that the UK would donate 14 of the armoured vehicles to Ukraine.
They will now return with the tanks – the first committed by any nation to Ukraine – in time for a reported spring counter-offensive by Kyiv.
