Sir David Jason has given a much-anticipated health update after he was forced to postpone an Only Fools And Horses convention.
The actor, 83, who played Del Boy on the BBC‘s ‘Only Fools’ sitcom from 1981 to 2003, revealed in August he needed to undergo hip surgery to have a ‘bionic body part fitted’.
The convention was postponed to January next year amid his health scare – as he took to Twitter on Sunday to update his fans.
The beloved actor revealed he had received a ‘successful surgery’ and filmed a clip of himself dramatically discarding his crutches, later shared with Only Fools and Horses News on X, formerly Twitter.
He showed he was back on his feet and stronger than ever as he started to walk towards the camera.
