Supreme Court cannot dispense good judgment in Nigeria – IPOB claims

The Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, has claimed the Supreme Court cannot dispense good judgment in the face of Nigeria and all its problems.

IPOB’s spokesman, Emma Powerful in a reaction to the Supreme Court ruling that declined the release of Nnamdi Kanu said the incapacity of the nation’s apex court has been exposed to the public.

Recall that in its judgment delivered by Justice Emmanuel Agim and written by Justice Garba Lawal, the Supreme Court overturned the Appeal Court ruling which discharged and acquitted Kanu of all terrorism charges in October 2022.

But in a terse statement, Powerful said: “The Supreme Court and its Justices have shown that they can not dispense good judgment in the face of Nigeria and its problems.

“The world and Biafrans worldwide have seen the incapacity of the Supreme Court and their judges.

“The global world will ask them questions and why allow Nigeria to scatter so quickly.

”IPOB will watch what is happening in Nigeria this period.”
