The National Board for Technical Education, on Tuesday, said opportunities abound for certified skilled youths in Nigeria and in the diaspora, adding that global economies are now driven by skills.
The Executive Secretary, NBTE, Prof. Idris Bugaje, made this known while commending the Federal Government through the Office of the Head of Civil Service of the Federation, on the inclusion of the National Skills Qualifications in the public service, according to a statement made available to our correspondent in Abuja.
The statement was signed by the Head of Public Relations, NBTE, Fatima Abubakar.
It read in parts, ‘This singular move will encourage Nigerian youths to get up-skilled as opportunities abound in not only the private sector but now the public sector.
