Two-storey secondary school building collapses in Jos, students trapped

 

A two-story building, Saint Academy, a secondary school with yet-to-ascertain numbers of students, collapsed Friday morning in the Busabuji community of Jos north local government area of Plateau state.

The building collapsed at the time the students were writing their examinations for the term.

Rescue teams from different security operatives and residents of the community are out in their numbers, trying to save the students trapped in the collapsed building.

The cause of the building’s collapse is yet to be ascertained at the time of filling out these reports.
