The Kano State Government has announced a relaxation of the curfew to six hours, from 8 AM to 2 PM.
The announcement was made by the Commissioner for Information, Baba Dantiye in an audio message shared to TVC News.
The curfew, initially imposed by Governor Abba Yusuf, followed massive protests and looting in the state.
