A woman has been charged with the murder of a six-year-old boy at a home in south Wales.

Alexander Zurawski, six, was found dead at a home on Cwm Du Close, Swansea, on Thursday at around 8.30pm.

Karolina Zurawska, 41, from Gendros, has since been charged with murder, as well as attempted murder in connection with an incident involving a 67-year-old man earlier the same day.

The 41-year-old is set to appear at Swansea Magistrates Court tomorrow. 

South Wales Police have confirmed that they are not looking for anyone else in connection with the incident.
